About Us

3MP Productions began in January 2008 as 3 Masked Peeps Productions. The Co-Founders, Adam Giagni, Emma Haag, and Lisa McTigue, produced the controversial broadband series, The wReplacements, at the height of the Writer's Guild of America strike. The wReplacements is a spoof of the NFL strike film The Replacements starring Gene Hackman and Keanu Reeves, and satires the 2007/2008 WGA strike, distributed by Brainstorm Media.

The wReplacements achieved success within the industry, including the championing from Wayne Karrfalt the editor of the trade paper Cynopsis: Digital. The show was named Cynopsis Digital's Website of the Day on February 7, 2008: A group of anonymous, out-of-work writers are putting their talent to good use producing an insider comedy about the biz called 'The wReplacements'...it's one of the better web shows out there, with excellent insights into the hectic world of writing for Hollywood.

The Co-Founders were simply known as the 3 Masked Peeps, not releasing their names or likenesses initially in case of industry backlash. However upon success of the show, the Co-Founders removed their masks and shortened the company name to its current incarnation, 3MP Productions.

3MP Productions is a Los Angeles, California-based production company specializing in intellectual property content development and production for new and traditional media distribution.
